Jeff Chervenak started in the mortgage business in 1981. After working for a major New York bank, he co-founded Guaranty Federal in 1989.
In his thirty years in the mortgage business, he has closed literally thousands of mortgages.
He holds both a CMPS (Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist) and a CDPP (Certified Divorce Planning Professional) designation.
Jeff is licensed in Connecticut, Rhode Island and the U.S. Virgin Islands, where he has a home.

Michael Diot grew up in Stamford, one of seven children. "We were a big, close-knit family. That kind of molded me. Family is still very important to me," says the father of two daughters.
He attended Stamford High School, then attended SUNY-Cortland in New York, graduating with a Bachelor
of Arts in Economics and a minor in Management. "I knew I was going into business," he says.

Shelley Saunders has been a mortgage loan processor with Guaranty Federal since June 2008. In that position, she reviews, edits and sends mortgage applications to clients; pulls credit reports and flood certicates; and orders appraisals, titles, payoffs, and HOI and condo documents. She submits complete loan packages to various lenders according to their specific requirements, then tracks the status of the loans, including rate locks, as the applications make their way through the system.
